Doing Business With Sisel is Easier than Ever! Introducing New Options for Managing Your Orders! At Sisel, one of our top priorities has always been to make our customer experience the best in the business. To that end, we are thrilled to announce some exciting improvements to our ordering system that recently went into effect.  Split Payment Feature Want to split your order payment between your eWallet or Preferred Points bank and a credit card?  Now you can! With this new feature, you are no longer required to have enough funds in your eWallet or Preferred Points Bank to cover the entire amount of your order before they can be applied. You can now split up the order and apply funds from your eWallet or PP Bank and then use a credit card for the remaining balance! For Distributors, you can also choose to pay for an AP solely with your eWallet if you would like. It will not require a secondary form of payment (such as a credit card) to be entered for that AP.  If you choose this option, be aware that you must have sufficient funds in your eWallet to cover your AP or it will not run. For Preferred Customers, if you use the points from your Preferred Points Bank to partially pay for an order, the portion of your product that you pay for with a credit card will be eligible for rebates and commissions to your upline! Please note, however, that Preferred Points can no longer be used to pay for taxes or shipping. You must use a credit card to cover these charges. For example, let’s say you have $125.00 in your Preferred Points Bank and your order is $125 + $7.80 tax and $8.90 in shipping. The $125 in your Preferred Points Bank will go towards the order subtotal and the remainder ($7.80 tax and $8.90 in shipping) will go on your credit card. This will be retroactive for all Preferred Customers’ APs, so going forward all existing APs will now charge both to Preferred Customer Points and a credit card. But because you no longer need the full amount before you can use your Preferred Points, your APs will start using any balance that’s in your Preferred Points Bank before using your credit card! Order Management Feature With this new feature, you will now have a one hour window after placing your order to go in and cancel it.  This is particularly advantageous if you forget to update your AP. To cancel an order, simply go to your order history and click “cancel” and confirm. You can also cancel your order from your order receipt.
